Order Confirmation:
For all pre-paid orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. If your chosen mode of payment is Cash On Delivery, you will get a call or an email from a “SEELE’s” representative, on your registered contact details, asking you to confirm the order details. Once you have confirmed the same, the order will be processed immediately.

Dispatch:
Your order will be dispatch in 2 working days. In case of non-availability of stock, kindly allow 5-7 working days for dispatch, as our products are natural and without any chemicals or preservatives, therefore are made in small lots.

Delivery:
Urban Regions within India – This consists of cities and towns in India that are served by most courier companies and Indian Postal Services. Normal delivery time 2-5 working days.

Rest of India – Regions that are only served by Indian Postal Services. Normal delivery time 5-10 working days.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for final package weight below 250gm is zero.
Shipping charge for weight above 250gm will be charged Rs.25/- per every additional 50gm.
Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, volume, etc. The shipping charges will be notified at the time of check out and the same will be added to the total before making payments.
The shipping charges and order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period.

Proof of Delivery:
POD note of goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be considered as a confirmation of receipt of ordered goods at your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, “SEELE” takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
